We are an Australian registered business. We have been a trusted family enterprise, selling in Australia for over 25 years. 
WE SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE. 

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 AUD for all orders

  • All parcels come with tracking and are dispatched within 1-3 business day

  • No express shipping available

  • Processing time 1-3 business days from ordering 

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing

We ship and process orders daily from our Australian-based warehouse, and our warehouse based in China. (depending where the stock is available). The majority now gets sent from overseas.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on where goods are located and the fastest most efficient and cost effective way to you.  We will upload your tracking to your order when your package/packages are on the way!  Click on “View my Order” on your confirmation email.
Tracking numbers may be up-dated as your order moves through the process from international to local delivery. Please note all processing times are approximate and can be slightly quicker or longer if delays occur due to holidays, customs or courier delays.

UNCOLLECTED 

If you fail to collect your parcel from Australia Post, and the parcel is returned to us, a store credit will be issued less the shipping fee. We do not offer a refund or replacements for parcels uncollected. Please be aware, that this process can take up to 60 days due to multiple factors outside our control and credits cannot be issued until the goods have safely arrived back to our warehouse. Original postage is non refundable. 

IMPORTANT - Please be sure you supply the correct information on your order, as incorrect addresses supplied cannot be altered or changed once the order has been placed and paid for. 

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

As your packages are sent from our overseas warehouse a tracking will be uploaded to your order. ‘ view my order’ .  Allow time for parcels to arrive into Australia , through customs and then they can be tracked locally.* Tracking numbers may be updated as your order processes through different couriers , from international to local. 

Confirmation order emails contain a link ‘ view order’. Please check your spam/junk if you can't see it.

Orders may be sent via different international couriers and or Aust Post. Multiple carriers may be used.

If you are a re-seller using us without our permission as your source, drop shipper or wholesaler then please cease and desist. Orders we perceive or suspect that are from re-sellers will be cancelled and refunded immediately. 
No correspondence will be entered into. 
Any orders flagged as fraudulent or high risk will be investigated and may be cancelled and refunded without correspondence being entered into.
